Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, E S Jewelry ships to many countries and regions worldwide. Available destinations will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking link in the email to check the latest delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid perfume, lotion, water exposure, and heavy friction. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft polishing cloth and store pieces separately in a sealed bag or jewelry pouch.
Material, plating, water resistance, and skin-sensitivity claims may vary by product. E S Jewelry uses conservative wording unless a specific product has supporting material information.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to incorrect card information, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or security checks by your payment provider. Try another payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
